Ideal candidates are an RN with Maine licensure and nursing leadership experience, CPR certification, and a track record in alcohol/drug withdrawal care within a quality-improvement framework.

Qualifications

• RN with Maine licensure and nursing leadership experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with substance use disorders and withdrawal care a plus.
• Experience hiring, supervising, and training staff; budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and services for the detox facility.
• Maintain 24/7 nursing staff schedule and backup coverage.
• Provide coaching and professional growth for staff.
• Ensure high-quality client care per standards and regulations.
• Lead staff meetings and daily huddles with medical providers.
• Oversee client records, data collection, and quality improvement.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage pharmacy operations in collaboration with medical leadership.
