RN Program Coordinator II - Quality Services Regulatory and Accreditation

Supports Penn State Health, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center leaders and staff to ensure full compliance with state licensure regulations, hospital conditions of participation, and accreditation standards. This position focuses on identifying trends in compliance and other relevant data in order to develop and lead process improvement work focused on sustaining continuous regulatory readiness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Three (3) years of nursing experience
  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master’s Degree in Health-related field
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or CPHQ
