Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ nursing experience with the target patient population.
• BSN required; MS preferred.
• Licensed RN in state(s) of practice, WI license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate program-specific nursing care systems and education.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team services for patient and family needs.
• Monitor compliance with program-specific standards and accreditation requirements.
• Lead program steering/operational meetings and manage program resources.
• Oversee data registry activities and quality improvement initiatives.
