Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced registered nurse to assess, prepare, and provide nursing care to patients in collaboration with multiple physicians. The role includes ongoing patient care, education for staff, and monitoring outcomes within a clinical team.

You will assess, implement and document plans of care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in performance improvement activities. Compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies is required.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• Program area certification and/or CEU may be required.
• 1-3 year(s) of experience in field of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and administer plan of care with proper documentation.
• Communicate with attending physician to involve clinical decisions as needed.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family and provide education.
