Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree and NC RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate documentation in collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• RN with active NC license.
• BLS, ACLS & PALS required.
• 1–3 years of peri-operative nursing experience.
• Ability to use computers and software programs (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient care reflecting the needs of patients, families, and the ASC.
• Provide patient care with flexibility to apply rules as needed for safety and quality.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication with the recovery RN and nursing leadership.
