Job summary

Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN Resource Team member to advocate for patients and families and to deliver nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.

The RN collaborates with the patient care team to achieve quality outcomes, while demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and professionalism in alignment with Methodist Excellence goals.

Qualifications

• RN is required with a nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate safe nursing care to patients and families.
• Advocate for patients and collaborate with the care team to achieve outcomes in line with hospital goals.
