Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents as part of a not-for-profit organization with 100+ years of service. The RN will collaborate with the care team, coordinate assessments, education, and interventions, and practice within professional standards.

The role is PRN/on-call with flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights) and requires Minnesota RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Drug screen and pre-employment background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support care in all phases of health maintenance and treatment.
• Maintain standards as defined by state practice acts and professional codes.
