Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota, in an area known as "The Heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area".

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborates with residents and families, and coordinates with the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of prevention, health maintenance, and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
