Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on-call shifts in Brainerd, MN. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care and work with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requires Minnesota RN licensure and a BSN preferred. Eligible for weekend and holiday rotations with incentive pay for weekend and after-hours hours. Drug screen and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate
