Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota (or multistate licensure per NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as assigned.
