Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care and supervise nursing staff. You will support safe resident care and coordinate with the care team.

The role emphasizes comprehensive nursing assessment, timely orders, and accurate medication administration in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care that meets physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
• Obtains and transcribes orders; ensures telephone order forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of status changes.
• Provides leadership to CNAs and LPNs; enforces policies and regulations.
• Completes admissions paperwork including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.

Job Description
