Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide individualized care for residents, collaborating with CNAs and LPNs and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Shifts include Full-time Day/Evening Split, Full-time Evening, Full-time Weekender, and PRN. Earn up to $47.52/hr with shift differential, and enjoy benefits like Daily Pay and wellness perks within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides care individualized to residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
• Obtains and transcribes written and telephone orders promptly, ensuring forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures policies and regulations are followed.
• Completes admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
