JOB DESCRIPTION: We're hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to work with pediatric or adult patients 1:1 in their homes! At Maxim, we offer:

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN / LVN in the state of practice.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• 1 year of tracheostomy experience preferred
• 1 year of ventilator experience preferred
• 1 year of G-tube experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with doctors' orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.
