Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home in North Carolina. The role offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Shifts can be day or night, and the RN will provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, ensuring compliance with orders and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
