Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to provide home-based patient care in North Carolina. The role features competitive pay and weekly paychecks, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and the Maxcares Awards Program.

You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in patients’ homes, documenting findings and ensuring adherence to prescribed orders. Qualified candidates are currently licensed as an RN in the practicing state, with a current TB or Chest

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
