Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold current Ohio RN licensure (or LPN licensure).

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment and evaluation of patient; develop care plans with clinical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments; perform routine procedures.
• Provide medical triage via telephone.
• Deliver health counseling and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to optimize outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain organized patient records and accurate charting in EHR.
