Job summary

UCHealth in Craig, Colorado is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for a PRN Days shift. The role focuses on direct patient care in a medical office setting, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires an RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Salary ranges from $33.61 to $52.10 per hour, with pay dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and be eligible to practice in Colorado.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient/clinic setting following nursing process.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate patient status; coordinate care and referrals as needed.
• Delegate appropriately and precept students or new hires when required.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
