Job summary

UCHealth Harmony Campus in Fort Collins is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a busy medical office setting, using the nursing process and in accordance with organizational policies and mission. You will assess and plan care, monitor patient conditions, educate patients and families, delegate to staff, and collaborate across disciplines.

On-site only; requires Colorado RN license & BLS; minimum 6 months experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (min) required if <3 years experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• State RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; collaborates across disciplines for care coordination, transfers, and referrals.
• Evaluates learning needs and provides education for patient and family; delegates care to ancillary staff and may precept students.
