Qualifications

• Connecticut RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Three years of medical practice experience preferred.
• Experience with medical software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors.
• Formulates nursing plan of care and ensures continuity of patient care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
