Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is hiring an Registered Nurse to join our extensive network. Under provider direction, you will deliver skilled nursing care in various clinical settings and work closely with physicians and staff to support patient care.

This role requires a CT RN license, current CPR certification, and experience in a medical practice. Cardiology experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license and current CPR certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a medical practice.
• Experience with medical software is required or strongly preferred.
• Cardiology experience is highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with the provider.
• Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs and plan care.
• Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessment.
• Triage telephone calls and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assist patients and families with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
