Job summary

Fish Pond Surgery Center, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for PreOp/PACU to deliver continuous, high-quality nursing care for surgical patients, ensuring safety, comfort and privacy throughout the patient stay.

The RN will assist physicians in the OR with procedures and conscious sedation, apply sterile techniques as needed, and provide comprehensive care to patients emerging from anesthesia, including assessment, planning and discharge guidance.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• BLS/ACLS required, PALS if required by the center
• 2 years PACU or Critical Care experience preferred
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous and high-quality nursing care for patients in PreOp/PACU
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with conscious sedation and sterile techniques
• Care for patients emerging from anesthesia including assessment, planning and discharge planning
