Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• 5 years of Nursing experience. Minimum of one-year recent pediatric experience in a comparable setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, educator, preceptor, council chair/member).

Responsibilities

• Participate in/support Shared Nursing Leadership.
• Contribute to the sustainability and advancement of nursing excellence (Magnet designation).
• Lead the activities of the patient care delivery team for a specific patient population.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate mechanisms across systems to provide continuity of care for wellness needs.
