Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Fort Smith, AR seeks an experienced RN to care for Medical Telemetry patients on an 18-bed unit while teaching graduate nurses. You will serve as a preceptor for two senior nursing students with guidance from a clinical rotation preceptor.

This role emphasizes leadership, patient care excellence, and educational growth through mentoring, collaboration, and hands-on teaching.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, with maintenance responsibility.
• AHA Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation, ACLS and BLS certifications (within 90 days if not held).

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care, mentoring nursing students, and supporting educational initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• Mentor nursing students in clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with the rotation preceptor to coordinate teaching activities and patient care.
