Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescription processes.
• Capability to educate patients and design discharge plans.
• Experience with health information documentation and charting.
• Current RN license in New Jersey (RN NJ).
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
