Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Cherry Hill, NJ to deliver patient-centered care across Med/Surg/Tele units. The role emphasizes education, teamwork, and adherence to evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, patients and families to plan individualized care, ensure safety, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. BSN or higher preferred and active NJ RN license required.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher degree strongly preferred
• Active RN license required in state of practice
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele RN experience

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to develop care plans.
• Integrates evidence-based practice into patient care.
• Delivers education to patients and families about conditions, treatments and recovery steps.
• Maintains safety by following nursing protocols and documenting care.
