Job summary

PruittHealth Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Preceptor to guide new RN partners through onboarding and clinical orientation. You will educate, supervise, and support staff to become independent and competent on the home care team.

When not precepting, the RN will manage full patient loads, participate in ongoing professional development, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes across our home health agency.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in nursing education or precepting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and education for new RN partners within the region.
• Teach, supervise, and evaluate clinical activities to build competency.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coordinate with the Preceptorship Coordinator.
• Manage full patient load when not precepting.
