Qualifications

• RN license (State of Oklahoma) or compact licensure.
• BLS required; Hospice CPR acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement the plan of care; reassess as needed.
• Coordinate with licensed and non-licensed staff; mentor students when applicable.
