Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license; BLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area, if applicable; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hospital setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs patient assessments to gather data on physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Evaluates patient development age during assessments, treatments and education.
• Organizes data into a care plan and identifies information needed to guide care.
• Carries out the plan of care to achieve the desired patient outcomes.
• Oversees activities of ancillary and support team members.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the patient record.

Educación

Graduate of a nursing program

Bachelor's degree preferred
