Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work within organizational policies, coordinate care, and support continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, data organization, and collaboration with the care team to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible.
• Current License in Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and develops a plan of care.
• Coordinates care delivery and oversees staff activities.
• Documents patient care accurately in the patient record.
• Communicates with Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager and physicians as appropriate.
• Practices in diverse, inclusive, and ethical manners.
