You will perform rounds, develop care plans, assess pain, coordinate discharge, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. BLS/ACLS within 90 days, English proficiency, and safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• RN I requires ASN/ADN.
• RN II requires 6+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN or 3+ years RN experience with BSN.
• RN III requires 12+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN or 6+ years RN experience with BSN or Master’s/Doctorate in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily patient rounds and ensure quality customer service.
• Develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Set goals, prescribe nursing actions, monitor progress and plan discharges.
• Assess, intervene, and reassess pain and respond per SOP.
• Recognize deterioration and contact appropriate clinicians.
• Initiate emergency measures for sudden developments.
• Report observations to the multidisciplinary team and document.
• Ensure timely interventions or referrals and complete incident reports.
• Maintain communication with patients and families; provide education and counseling.
• Delegate tasks within scope of practice and support department needs.
