Pay Range

$33.80 – $50.69. RN I: $33.80 – $50.69. RN II: $35.49 – $53.23. RN III: $37.26 – $55.89.

Level Requirements
  • RN I: ASN.
  • RN II: 6+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN OR 3+ years RN with a BSN.
  • RN III: 12+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN OR 6+ years RN with BSN OR Master’s/Doctor of Nursing.
Essential Job Functions
  • Perform daily rounds to ensure quality patient service and coordinate any unmet requirements.
  • Develop, assess, and implement individualized plans of care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs.
  • Set goals, prescribe nursing actions, and plan for discharge to meet patient needs.
  • Assess and intervene promptly on pain symptoms following standard operating procedures.
  • Identify early warning signs of patient condition changes and respond appropriately, contacting clinicians as required.
  • Initiate emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
  • Report observations to multidisciplinary team members and record accurately.
  • Ensure timely interventions or referrals.
  • Complete and submit all incident reports before shift end.
  • Maintain communication and provide education to patients and significant others.
  • Begin discharge planning, education, and counseling early to optimize understanding.
  • Document and evaluate care according to standard operating procedures.
  • Assign or delegate duties within scope to qualified colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to meet department or organizational goals.
Certifications

Registered Nurse licensed by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement (prior to start date). Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (within 90 days of start). Temporary RN license accepted prior to start; must hold an unencumbered nursing license before employment.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required for effective communication with patients, families, and team members. Visa sponsorship is possible for eligible candidates.
