Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning care, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring safe discharge. Certifications (BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE) and ND licensure are required or completed within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Active ND RN license or compact-state license; temporary ND RN license accepted prior to start.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications within specified timelines.
• RN ladder requires ASN/ADN with experience or BSN; advanced levels require BSN or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and protocols.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Assess patient conditions, set goals, and implement nursing actions.
• Document observations accurately and promptly.
• Support emergency interventions and escalate when needed.
