Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op and Post-Op care. You will assess, plan, implement and document nursing care in accordance with federal/state standards and ASC policies.

Responsibilities include supervising care in the Operating Room, ensuring proper techniques, maintaining HIPAA compliance, coordinating with staff, and supporting training of new personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in surgical/ASC/Pre-Post-Op/PACU/ICU/Telemetry/OR is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan and implement patient care in accordance with standards.
• Supervise and direct patient care in an operating room setting.
• Ensure proper techniques and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff and management for patient care.
• Document care in patient records accurately and timely.
• Assist in training new staff and support a healthy work environment.
