SENT A Partners and SCENT Surgical Center in Columbia, SC are seeking a Registered Nurse for Pre-Op/PACU to deliver high-quality patient care in ENT and allergy settings. The RN will perform preoperative assessments, provide recovery care, and educate patients and families post-surgery.

The role requires documentation, adherence to standards, and collaboration with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure efficient, compassionate care across all procedures.

Qualificações

• The RN handles preoperative assessment and recovery care.
• Documentation of patient conditions and chart reviews.
• Educates patients and family post-surgery.
• Contributes to quality and process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Takes ownership of pre- and post-surgery patient care and condition assessment.
• Reports abnormalities to anesthesiologist or surgeon as needed.
• Provides post-surgery education to patient and family.
• Performs chart reviews prior to finalization in the system.
• Maintains equipment and completes required logs.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
