New Mexico Multispecialty Surgery Center, a United Surgical Partners International, Inc facility, seeks a RN Pre-Op/PACU to join our part-time team in Albuquerque, NM. You will deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care from Pre-Op through PACU, supporting diverse surgical specialties.

The role requires an accredited RN education, NM RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PACU/critical care experience preferred. Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills are essential for patient-family

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state (New Mexico).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center.
• 2 years of PACU or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient status in Pre-Op and PACU, respond to changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to ensure safe care.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.
