Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, two years in business operations preferred, lean training knowledge is a plus.
• Current RN licensure in Texas is required, with a valid AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor Provider card.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs and processes to improve productivity, consistency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with department directors to meet dashboard measures and strategic initiatives through data analysis and recommendations.
• Develop departmental capital and operating budgets and provide input into the budgeting process.
• Oversee employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments related to key initiatives.
• Provide transformational leadership and build relationships, networks and alliances to reach strategic goals.
