Job summary

University Health Careers seeks a Practice Manager to develop and implement programs and processes to improve productivity and outcomes across departments. You will analyze data, interpret results and recommend changes to leadership.

You will work with department directors to optimize dashboards, manage capital and operating budgets, and guide staffing, rewards and disciplinary actions to support key initiatives and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in business operations preferred.
• Lean training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs and processes to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with department directors to meet dashboard measures and strategic initiatives through data analysis and recommendations for change.
• Develop departmental capital and operating budgets and provide input into the budgeting process.
• Oversee employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments related to key initiatives.
• Provide transformational leadership and build relationships to reach strategic goals.
