Sentara Cardiology Specialists in Williamsburg, VA seeks a full-time Registered Nurse Practice Coordinator to lead ambulatory care operations. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. No nights or weekends, $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, patient care, and implementing clinical guidelines while collaborating with physicians, NP/PA, and supervising LPNs and MAs to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in VA or Compact.
• 3 years nursing experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate clinic staff to meet patient care needs.
• Provide patient care and support decision-making and education.
• Develop/implement clinical practice guidelines and protocols.
• Coordinate with Physicians/NP/PA/RN and supervise LPNs and MAs.
