Job summary

Qualifications

• MA RN licensure is required.
• AHA BLS is required; NRP required prior to unit orientation.
• Mother/baby/nursery experience required; Level 1B nursery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maternal and newborn assessments and care.
• Educate mother–newborn dyad from birth to discharge.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow‑up care.
• Participate in unit quality initiatives and maintain current competencies.
