American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Post Partum Mother-Baby position in Massachusetts. The role requires NRP and BLS certifications and night shift scheduling within a hospital postpartum unit.

The assignment includes 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with floating to LDR and weekend/holiday shifts. Travel reimbursement and comprehensive insurance options are provided.

Qualificações

• Active MA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent postpartum nursing experience.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a postpartum mother-baby unit within a hospital setting.
• Care for both vaginal and cesarean delivered postpartum patients.
• Mother-baby couplet care with patient ratios of 3-4 couplets per nurse.
• Night shift (7p-7a), 12-hour shifts.
• Floating required, with first float to Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR).
• Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Responsibilities include maternal assessments, newborn evaluations, breastfeeding support, and discharge education for families.
