Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking an RN for a full-time, non-exempt role with a guaranteed 40 hours on flip weeks and a 36-hour requirement on non-flip weeks. The nurse will assess patient/family health problems, lead nursing care plan development, and provide direct care to diverse ages from neonates to the elderly.

The role requires an RN license, strong communication skills, and at least 3 years in a specialty area (Post-Partum, Nursery, Labor/Delivery). BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a specialty area (Post-Partum, Nursery & Labor/Delivery) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.
• Care for patients across age groups from neonate to geriatric.
• Respond to patient needs within 1 hour when on shift.
