ScrubPay seeks an experienced registered nurse to care for post-surgical and vascular patients on a progressive care unit, balancing close monitoring with the step-down pace between ICU and general med/surg.

The role is based in the United States with night shifts, including every 3rd weekend. New grads are welcome and residency support is available, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered including Health, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license or active compact state license.
• BLS certification required.
• New grads welcome; residency support available.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor post-surgical and vascular patients for complications
• Manage drains, wound vacs, and vascular access devices
• Titrate medications and elevate care per rapid response protocols
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management and PT/OT
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and patient care techs on shift
