North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Post-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The RN provides comprehensive care to post-surgical and telemetry patients, adhering to regulatory standards and collaborating with physicians and staff.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements include an accredited RN program degree, current Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS within 60 days, and 2 years of RN experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry or 1 year in Critical

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Texas RN License required(CRN).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in post-surgical and telemetry units.
• Administer and document medications safely.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families about care expectations.
• Follow safety, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.
