Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a registered nurse to prescribe, delegate, and coordinate patient care in a full-time 7pm shift. You will participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership by collaborating with the care team to maintain nursing standards and deliver exceptional service.

The position supports a positive customer service environment and is part of a long‑standing health system with a broad network of facilities and services in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
• Minimum Nursing Degree: ADN or higher (BSN, MSN, etc.)

Full-time/ 7pm shift The RN prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care of patients; participates in patient and family teaching; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient‑team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Creates a positive customer service environment.

Job Duties:

Assessment and identification of patient needs and implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service. Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
• Minimum Nursing Degree: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher (BSN, MSN, etc.)
