Baptist Health is seeking an experienced RN for weekend shifts to provide high-quality nursing care and leadership in a collaborative team environment.
The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care, delegate tasks, and participate in teaching patients and families, upholding standards of professional nursing practice.
Saturday and Sunday only 7am-730pm 12 hour shifts. The RN prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care of patients; participates in patient and family teaching; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Creates a positive customer service environment.
