Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required; degree from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025; those hired earlier will follow previous requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Perform comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status with interdisciplinary input.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement and education.
