Job summary

Texas Health Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Post Acute Inpatient Rehab to provide compassionate, confidential care in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, patient rights, and collaboration with families, physicians, and teammates.

Responsibilities include basic nursing care, respectful patient interactions, and engaging with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate’s degree in nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
• 1 year of Med Surg/Rehab experience strongly preferred.
• RN – Registered upon hire required and BCLS prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and ACLS within 90 days of hire required and PALS within 90 days of hire required.
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention training annually within 90 days required and TNCC within 6 months required or ATCN within 6 months required.
