Job summary

UNC Health Rex Healthcare in Lumberton, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within the licensed scope, facilitate patient flow, and support efficient, patient-centered operations in UNC Health Womens Services at Southeastern Health Park.

This full-time, onsite role requires NC RN licensure with BCLS and an ADN/BSN (or diploma), strong assessment and education skills, accurate documentation, teamwork, and commitment to safety standards in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina with BCLS.
• Diploma, ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in physician office, urgent care, or ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN-level patient care within scope of practice including assessment and education.
• Process orders, document care, and communicate results to physicians and patients.
• Maintain patient safety and flow, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with supplies, equipment checks, and performance-improvement activities.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork with Rex staff.
