UCHealth in Colorado seeks a registered nurse for a perioperative, PACU or operating room role at the Anschutz Inpt Pavilion in Aurora. This onsite, full-time night-shift position offers a flexible schedule within a dynamic surgical services team.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality direct patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based practice and safety. RN licensure and BLS are required; acute-care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• BLS certification required and CPR for professional rescuer preferred.
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience is required; 2 years preferred.
• BLS/CPR card must be valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in Perioperative, PACU or OR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold evidence‑based practice and safety standards in the operating suite.
• Model precepting of new staff and students to maintain competency.
