Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks an RN for full-time, day and night rotation in the Surgery department. The role offers a substantial pay range and an on-site, in-person work environment with a recognized incentive program for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; RN licensure required.
• 6 months RN experience.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross prior to start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness, patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts new staff and promotes learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Direct care for Acute Care Med-Surg units.
